Vinyasa is a strong flow - for those who want to get out of their mind & into their bodies - we flow from one posture to the next using the breath as a guide
Hatha includes meditation, breath work, chanting and postures. It's a little more structured in terms of the sequence. Great for beginners and those who want to learn more about the alignment of postures.
Yin is for those seeking stillness & deeper relaxation. Yin is also used to balance the yang of our modern busy lives
Flow & Yin is a Vinyasa with a few longer deeper stretches. Perfect for getting the best of both
Qi Gong is a gentle practice that focuses on breathing and guiding your own energy, helping you feel calm while becoming more aware of your body. This awareness allows your organs, cells, and blood to relax and work better, which also refreshes and activates your mind.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art made up of gentle, flowing movements. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, helping the body and mind work together to support health and well-being.
